COVID-19 Policy and Commitment
Due to the risks associated with COVID-19, I have established and have committed to the following policies:
I will regularly review all CDC guidelines and government orders and regulations regarding COVID-19, and I will comply with all guidelines, orders, and regulations.
As of 5/12/2021 I am fully vaccinated.
If requested by the client or location owner, I will continue to wear a mask during the entire duration of a project while inside a client’s home or building.
